Dr. Michael L. Cosgrave, a Family Medicine physician specializing in Sports Medicine, received an undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Utah, followed by a Doctor’s of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. After completing medical school, Dr. Cosgrave completed both a residency in Family Medicine and a fellowship in Sports Medicine at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo.
Dr. Cosgrave has served as a team physician for BYU, UVU, and high school athletic teams during his fellowship. He is also a physician for the Official Ford Ironman Triathlon in St. George, the Utah Valley Marathon, and is a ringside physician for MMA events.
After playing multiple sports in high school, he competed as a high jumper and decathlete in college and is still an active athlete. Dr. Cosgrave is originally from Highland, Utah and lives with his wife and six children.
Dr. Cosgrave is currently accepting new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
